AltaContact Ltd has been operating since late 2003 and was established as a limited company in 2004.

Today the company’s activities are focused providing e-marketing services for charities to easier and more cost effective donor recruitment, management and retention.

Activities include provision of web based charitable event management automation service FUSE™ developed by AltaContact and telephone based charitable fundraising, provision of lower cost Paperless Direct Debit processing facilities.

The style adopted by AltaContact is that of relationship builder, both with its own customer and also on behalf of its customers with their customers or prospective customers. In our relationship with our customers, we pride ourselves in giving an honest opinion and we will not promise to deliver anything which we do not expect to achieve.

Our mission is to enable not for profit organisations to increase their return from every £ invested in fundraising and administration.
